DAY 1: Nairobi - Sweetwaters
After breakfast we depart the northwards
to Sweetwaters Private Wildlife Ranch with its rare collection of wildlife,
the only place in Kenya where the chimpanzee exist. After lunch the afternoon
is spent game driving, watching these larger primates or camel riding.
Dinner and overnight at the Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 2: Sweetwaters - Samburu
Early start driving north through sisal, pineapple and coffee
plantations for Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Larsens'
Luxury Tented Camp. Afternoon game drive to flash out the animals that
are to be found in this game sanctuary then back to the permanent tented
camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Samburu
A pre-breakfast, mid-morning and afternoon game drive occupies
most of the day as we search for the elusive leopard, the majestic african
lion and the rare gerenuk, Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, oryx and
other plains game. All meals and overnight at Luxury Tented Camp.
Day 4: Samburu - Nairobi
Leave the Samburu National Park with its diversity of wildlife
after breakfast. Drive southwards past the equator to arrive in Nairobi
in time for lunch.

Day 1 Nairobi - The Ark
Depart from Nairobi for The Ark or similar
lodge. The Ark is situated in the Aberdare National Park, deep in the
mountain. This unique lodge resembles a ship; overlooking a floodlit waterhole
and saltlick which is visited by a variety of animals. Often seen here
are the elephant, rhino and bushbuck. Occasionally a leopard or giant
forest hog may be seen. Before driving to The Ark, lunch is taken at The
Aberdare Country Club. Dinner and breakfast at The Ark or similar.
Day 2 The Ark - Samburu National Park
Leave The Ark after breakfast, to drive into Samburu passing through
Isiolo, the gateway to "George Adamson’s" land of lions,
reaching Larsen’s Tented Camp or similar by lunch time. Samburu
is an open Savannah plan and in the vicinity of the Uaso Nyiro River.
One can find the dik dik, rhino, buffalo, elephants, cheetah, leopard
and lion. Unique to this area are the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s
zebra, the long-necked gerenuk and the Beisa Oryx, of course not forgetting
the hippos and crocodiles in the river and a hundred different species
of birds including the Somali ostrich. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 3 Samburu National Park
A full day is spent at Samburu National Park exploring this wonderful
game sanctuary and flushing out the peculiar species that grace this northern
wildlife reserve. Dinner and overnight stay at Larsens Luxury Tented Camp
or similar.
Day 4 Samburu - Soysambu Wildlife Sanctuary
After breakfast, depart for Delamere camp,
Lion Hill camp or similar. The Delamere camp is situated on the shoreline
of Lake Elementaita, in the Great Rift Valley. The Soysambu Wildlife Sanctuary
is a private sanctuary, hosting thousands of lesser and greater flamingos
and the only Great White Pelicans; plus a variety of other beautiful water
birds. In Soysambu, one has the opportunity to view game while on foot
and to watch undisturbed birds form strategically placed points. Nighttime
game drives are available too, giving one the opportunity to view aardvark,
African wildcat, civet, leopard and white-tailed mongoose. All meals at
the lodge/camp.
DAY 5: SAMBURU - NAIROBI
Leave the Samburu National Park with its
diversity of wildlife after breakfast. Drive southwards past the equator
to arrive in Nairobi in time for lunch.

Family Safari
Day 1 Nairobi - Treetops
Pick up from the airport and drive to a Nairobi Hotel for shower
and full breakfast. Afterwards depart and drive through the farmlands
to the Central Highlands of Kenya arriving in time for lunch at the Outspan
Hotel which is the base hotel for Treetops. Afternoon transfer by shuttle
bus to Treetops where you will view animals as they come to drink water
and lick salt at the floodlit waterhole. Dinner and overnight at the famous
Treetops Treehotel.
Day 2 Treetops - Lake Nakuru
Depart after breakfast and drive southwest through the Scenic
Eastern Escarpment of The Great Rift Valley to arrive at Lake Nakuru National
Park in time for lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Afternoon game and bird viewing
at Lake Nakuru national Park which is also a Rhino Sanctuary. Dinner and
overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or similar.
Day 3 Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha
Early morning game drive. Breakfast and drive back to Lake Naivasha
arriving in time for lunch at Lake Naivasha Country Club. Afternoon do
a boat ride on the Lake. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Country
Club or similar
Day 4 Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara
After breakfast from the lodge, drive on the floor of The Great
Rift Valley viewing the beautiful landscape and plains game as we continue
to the World famous Masai Mara, arriving in time for Lunch at Mara Simba
or Mara Sopa or Keekorok Lodge. Afternoon Game viewing. Dinner and overnight
at Mara Simba Lodge or Mara Sopa Lodge or Keekorok Lodge.
Day 5 Maasai Mara
Morning Game drive. Return to the Lodge for Lunch. Afternoon Game
drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge or Mara Sopa Lodge or
Keekorok Lodge.
Day 6 Maasai Mara - Nairobi
Early morning game drive. Breakfast and drive back to Nairobi
arriving at around 1300 hrs. Lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant.
Afternoon free for last minute shopping. Dinner and Chinese Restaurant
and transfer to the airport to connect for your flight back home.
