FCB 305 - MARA AND THE RIFT VALLEY LAKES

DAY 1: NAIROBI/MAASAI MARA
Depart Nairobi at 9.30 a.m. for Maasai Mara Game reserve. Picnic lunch and game drive en route. Arrive at the camp in the late afternoon or early evening. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 2: MAASAI MARA
Full day is spent exploring this unique park which actually forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight at the Camp.

DAY 3: MAASAI MARA
Morning game drives. Afternoon optional nature walks or game drives. All meals and overnight at the Camp.

DAY 4: MAASAI MARA/NAKURU
After breakfast, depart for Nakuru. Picnic or hot lunch en route. Lake Nakuru is world renowned for its masses of flamingoes and is often referred to as the 'Pink Lake'. Besides birds it is possible to see small game like water buck, impala, rhino and buffalo in the garden surroundings. Dinner and overnight at the Camp.

DAY 5: NAKURU/NAIROBI
After breakfast proceed for a game drive. Lunch is followed by departure for Nairobi where we arrive in the late afternoon.

FTCB 307 - HEMINGWAYS SPECIAL TOUR

DAY 1: NAIROBI/AMBOSELI
09.00 hours: Leave Nairobi for Amboseli Game Reserve in a 9 or 15 seater minibus. Picnic lunch en route. On arrival at Amboseli Game Reserve drive to the campsite for lunch.
16.00 hours: Proceed for afternoon game drives. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: AMBOSELI
06.30 hours: Proceed for early morning pre-breakfast game drives. Return to the camp for breakfast.
10.30 hours: After breakfast proceed for further game drives. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

DAY 3: AMBOSELI/NAIROBI/NAKURU (Flamingoes)
08.00 hours: After breakfast leave Amboseli for Lake Nakuru National Park. Picnic lunch en route. On arrival at Lake Nakuru proceed for a game drive of Lake Nakuru to view the flamingoes often described as the "WORLD'S GREATEST BIRD SPECTACLE". Thereafter check into a hotel at Nakuru with a private shower/toilet.

DAY 4: NAKURU/MAASAI MARA
10.00 hours: After breakfast leave Nakuru for Masai Mara Game Reserve, picnic lunch en route. On arrival proceed for a game drive in search of black manned lion, elephants, leopard, cheetah, buffalo and other plains game. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: MAASAI MARA
06.30 hours: Proceed for early morning pre-breakfast game drives. Return to the camp for breakfast.
10.30 hours: After breakfast proceed for further game drives. Lunch at the campsite.
16.30 hours: After lunch further game drives. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: MAASAI MARA/NAIROBI
08.00 hours: After breakfast leave Masai Mara for Nairobi. Picnic lunch en route arriving at Nairobi around 16.00 hours.
